Rails version upgrades

Hi friends,

I'm guessing you're here because you have an older (or hell, even new-ish) Ruby on Rails application running on production. Your app is great, helps you run your business, and makes you money.

But you've been so busy with feature development, adding new features for your delighted customers, that you haven't been able to keep your Ruby on Rails versions up to date. In fact, your Rails app is running on... (gulp), 3.2.

Well, hopefully it's not that bad, but even if it's that bad, we can help.

To be fair, almost no productive business keeps their Rails versions up to date 100% of the time. In fact, it's pretty common to let it go out of date. The problem is though... the longer you let your Rails versions go out of date, the more difficult the upgrade process is.

Me and my team have been working with Ruby on Rails for a long time and have a lot of experience upgrading Rails applications running on older versions into the latest and greatest.

Upgrading Rails versions require more than just bumping up your Rails version in your Gemfile. We help you upgrade your Ruby version, as well as all of your dependencies so that all of them meet the minimum requirements to run your Rails app in your newly upgraded version.

If we do decide to work together, we will be creating a separate branch off of the main branch and start our upgrade process there. We will also be regularly rebasing the upgrade branch off of main to avoid merge conflicts for an easier merge.
